DFHBI-1T is a membrane permeable RNA aptamer activated fluorescent probe (EX / EM = 472 nm / 507 nm). DFHBI-1T binds to RNA aptamers (spike, Spike 2, ispinach, broccoli) and produces specific fluorescence and low background fluorescence. DFHBI-1T can be used for RNA imaging in living cells.
